Half Bathroom Visual Upgrades on a Budget

Half bathrooms are not the most visually beautiful rooms in our homes. However, they are facilitated by our guests and us, and having them kept clean and organized is key. Smaller bathrooms can be challenging to decorate, especially on a budget. With little room to work, it can be hard to express a design theme in these spaces and facilitate the square footage. Well, if you are tired of this problem in your home, stress no more. Here are three easy tricks to add to your half bathroom to make it beautiful and highly functional on a budget.

Storage

Most half bathrooms do not offer a lot of space. This means it can be very challenging to store essential toiletry like toilet paper, face cloths, and bathroom cleaners. An easy fix is using your wall space. Adding shelving above your toilet is a great way to facilitate unused space. Plus, you can incorporate a stylish wall shelf to add a decorative touch to your space.

Trim

Another inexpensive remedy to enhance your space is to buy some new trim. You can add trim around your mirror to give more depth to the room. You can also replace your floorboard trims to make help modernize the space. Trim can really enhance a room’s overall appearance. If you have cabinets, invest in some trim that matches your sinks or faucet. Little detail can go a long way in a small space.

Backsplash

A quick way to take your room to the next level is by adding a backsplash. You can get away with investing in a small number of tiles to create a stunning backsplash. From mosaic tiles to ceramic and everything in between, you will be able to take your design to the next level. Backsplashes are not only beautiful but highly functional as well. They make the wall behind your sink very easy to clean while adding stunning detail and design.

Adding simple tricks like pictures or plants can also go a long way just remember that less can be more. Having matching floor mats and towels can give the room a harmonious look. Your small details will be recognized. Just remember to keep the space clean as well. For more tips and tricks, make sure to subscribe.
